Platinum Dental Daybreak uses dental x-rays a tool to find hidden decay that we might otherwise miss. We have found that when our patients get regular dental x-rays we are able to provide better preventative care.
How often should I get dental X-rays?
We recommend our patients get x-rays every 6-18 months. We take the x-rays by putting a small receiver into your mouth which then transmits the image to the computer. It takes only minutes to process and are ready to aid us at your appointment right away.
By getting regular dental x-rays we are able to get an enlarged image of your teeth and bone structure. This deeper look helps us to see deeper than the surface view and detect problems early.
